The school rules:
1. Respect yourself 2. Respect others 3. Respect our school These rules are negotiated and personalised into classroom rules. A behaviour contract can be useful to bring students back to the behaviours they developed and agreed to follow.

Students are able to match the word with its picture on this interactive poster. (The cards are attached with velcro buttons.)
A shared writing activity teaching body parts with a A student created poster.

AuthorThe power of language cannot be underestimated. This is why I am passionate about empowering children to be literate, critical thinkers. I have lived and worked in regional areas and remote communities, and as a result have a keen interest in Aboriginal cultures, languages and Indigenous issues; in particular those related to English as an additional language and dialect.
